You must info us within 14 calendar days of receiving your products if you'd like to return your product for whatever reason.

Please make sure that the Products you return are complete and not used in any way other than what is reasonably necessary to decide if you want to keep the Products (e.g. please do not stain or wash them). If the products are returned used or not in their original packaging then we may not be able to refund you the full value of your order.
