Phantom Towels is committed to delivering high-quality hair towels to customers across the United Kingdom. We have partnered with ShipBob to ensure efficient and reliable order fulfilment. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on a business day will typically be processed the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed on a Friday will not begin processing until the following Monday.

Processing times may be extended during peak shopping periods (e.g., holidays, promotional events).

7.3 Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability, customers will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

If an order is returned and a refund is requested, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Orders placed during UK bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Phantom Towels Return Policy

At Phantom Towels, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

Conditions for Returns:

Notification of Issues – If your towel arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing info@phantom-towels.com with clear photos of the issue.

Product Condition – The item must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging.

Restocking Fee – A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.

Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Non-Acceptable Returns – We will not accept returns of:

Used or washed towels.

Items without their original packaging.

How to Return an Item:

Provide your order number and photos (if the item is damaged or defective).

Once approved, you will receive the return address.

Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping method to ensure it arrives safely.

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund minus the restocking fee.

Additional Notes:

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after we receive and inspect the item.

Unfortunately, due to the process in which the product is manufactured, we cannot guarantee that all care labels are placed in the exact space on every single towel. Irregular placement of care labels will not be accepted as a reason for a return.
