Refund policy
Phantom Towels' Return & Refund Policy
We can offer refunds on returned products that are in unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team at info@phantom-towels.com to initiate a return request.
The cost for postage, duties, taxes and any potential brokerage fees must be covered by the customer. Please contact your shipping carrier to see what the costs associated with shipping the goods back to Phantom Towels would be.
Non-Acceptable Returns
We will not accept returns of:
- Used or washed towels.
- Items without their original packaging.
Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.
Damages & Discrepancies
Any damages and/or discrepancies must be reported to Phantom Towels within 1 week of receiving your order. Any claim must be accompanied by photos of the parcel your order came in, the shipping label, and photos of the product you received. We do not accept returns without this process.
Additional Notes
- Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
- Please use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process after we receive and inspect the item.

Product Care Label Placement
Unfortunately, due to the process in which the product is manufactured, we cannot guarantee that all care labels are placed in the exact space on every single towel. Irregular placement of care labels will not be accepted as a reason for a return.
