2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT/EST on a business day will typically be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM GMT/EST will be processed the following business day.
Orders placed on a Friday will not begin processing until the following Monday.
Processing times may be extended during peak shopping periods (e.g., holidays, promotional events).

We currently ship only to addresses within the United Kingdom and the USA.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

7.3 Undeliverable & Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability, customers will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
If an order is returned and a refund is requested, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Public holidays may affect processing and shipping times.
Orders placed during UK bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery.

Once an order has been placed, modifications (e.g., address changes, product changes) cannot be guaranteed.
