Shipping
Shipping
Orders typically deliver in 2-4 business days. All orders placed on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. Holidays may affect shipping.
Return policy
Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are accepted 30 days from day of delivery. If there are any issues or damage with products, please report within 48 hours of receiving.
Please provide photos of any damaged products.
Towels returned will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.
Product has to be in unused condition.
Product has to be packed in poly bags as it was sent by us, any loose towels returned in the box will not be accepted.
Customers will be responsible for sending back the product including shipping charges.
Credit will only be issued if above mentioned terms and conditions are fulfilled.
Original shipping charge when you placed the order is non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Product care label placement
Unfortunately, due to the process in which the product is manufactured, we cannot guarantee that all care labels are placed in the exact space on every single towel. Irregular placement of care labels will not be accepted as a reason for a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All exchanges are treated as returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
